Caveman Style

For some reason, yesterday I had a crazy craving for steak. Perhaps it was that I only ate a Healthy Choice microwavable dinner that hardly satisfied. I just started thinking about meat. Today, my roommate and I decided to make Caveman Ribeyes with Hellfire Sauce (the actual recipe calls for T-Bone steak but we used ribeye instead).

It’s rather simple. You get some lump charcoal hot.

Grill the ribeyes directly on the charcoal

Grill those puppies up. Then we made the Hellfire sauce. It’s composed of sliced jalapeños, garlic, and cilantro in olive oil.

Pour the Hellfire sauce on the steaks and serve.
