Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.

Question 1: Should Tim lead a small group next year? Why or Why not?
This was an honest question. I wanted to hear your advice. I did not intend for it to just boost my ego or hear how awesome job I did; that was never my intention. It was helpful advice as there was a constant theme from what people shared that highlights my strengths and helps to think of how to use them. However, this question is also for your benefit.
One of the biggest guides to how I lead, especially when I first started was the example of the leaders I had. I copied their godly examples. I remember what they did, how they led me, I remember their heart. In the same way, remember how we pictured Christ to you, how we served you, how we loved you. See God in what we did and remember that; learn to imitate that. Follow our example as we follow the example of Christ.
