Day 1
On our way to Venice Italy, we had a 8(?) hr lay over in France so we left the airport to run around Paris.
10:15 The Paris airport sucks. There was no jet bridge, everyone had to take a bus to get into the airport and the line to check passports wasn’t moving. Well I think its the line to check passports cuz there’s no one to ask or give directions.
14:00 The city of Paris was alright. It was like big city but with old feel to it. Had some good lunch. I picked some random French special which was like beef with twisted pasta. The cafe creme was good even without sugar. Creme br?l?e was great. Instead of using a blow torch, they flamb?ed it. Lunch cost us 60 euros, 15 a head which if it was dollars would be about right for sit down lunch, drink and dessert. But change that to dollars and its 96 dollars. Ouch.

17:00 We saw the arch de triumph , Eiffel tower, Louvre, and other historic statues and architecture. 6 hours in France is good enough for me and will last me awhile.

Arc de Triomphe – This is about as close as we got to it. We were too tired to walk there.
We climbed up the first level. There aren’t any kosher pictures of me w/ the Eiffel tower to post so this is the best I’ve got.
20:45 Were at Venice now waiting for a water taxi. Since its all islands here u have to take a boat to your destination. Pretty cool. Except its pretty buggy here. Note to self: bring big repellent.
