Crispy Tofu?
March 15th, 2005
The one thing about not eating meat or complex carbs is it forces me to come up with alternate sources of food. Today I tried to make Crispy Tofu. Some leasons I learned to make it better next time. Use plenty of flour/cornstarch so it’s dry on the sides. Cut in to slices so you just fry two sides. Use enough oil. Fry on medium heat and be patience. Golden brown is the key, if it becomes too crispy, it’s not as good. And does anyone know what sauce Mandarin Wok uses on it? I tried Plum Sauce, it was ok, but not the same and definately too thick.
I also began setting up my Domain Controller. So many different things to set. Now I see why secure defaults are so important. Now to set up some workstations.
