I’m finally done with 2 weeks of craziness. I think the stress has taken it’s toll and I need to wind down. Good thing Revival’s this week and I’ve got 2 weeks till my next exam. Now I will just ramble off all the things in my head the past two weeks I haven’t gotten around to say:
I’m doing pretty poorly in my Bible reading, still in Leviticus. I was reading about the scapegoat and it reminded me of Christ as the scapegoat and how he took the sins of the people on him and died. Reminded me of the passage in Hebrews about Christ as the Scapegoat and then Dr. Steve Lee’s message on it last retreat. Mmm . . . blessing. This got me thinking about different messages I actually remember. Some of the ones I remember: “Covenant Furance Club” – Dr. Zimmerman – Revival 2002. “God of the Mundane” – Rev. Min Chung – 2002 – Lord’s Day. “Do you believe that God is good?” – Rev. Paul Kim – 2001 – Revival. “Are you loving now?” with accompanying hand motions – Rev. Min Chung – 2004- Large Group. Mmm . . . past blessings for preset faithfulness.
Can’t wait for Revival. So many people coming down and I have to meet them all. CRH8 ’02 reunion, Manny and Bownan for a CCCNJ luncheon. And John Tetter’s coming! And if you want to meet with me and pray, come to the prayer meeting during the afternoon. I’ll be there from 1-5. Come pray with me
Small group’s been great. I love these guys. all of them. I so want them to grow. Mike’s having us lead Bible studies soon. PLEASE pray for Susan and me.
